The causes for her weight gain were: poor diet and she don't like to do exercises. Besides this, Kelly loves food, especially fast food and candies. She gained about 60 pounds (27 kg).

But like I said on the video, just be careful about how fast you're gaining. good luck cut down the sugars (a lot of sugar in booze) keep a diary of what you eat and drink.....drink water ...cut down on fatty foods ... oh yeah excercise first slowly... maybe a t week end have one fave treat...so you can stick to your diet .. its not for life but for a bout 6 months get mates invilved and donate the money to a charity....it will work... keep strong .... be happy good luck!!!

good luck cut down the sugars (a lot of sugar in booze) keep a diary of what you eat and drink.....drink water ...cut down on fatty foods ... oh yeah excercise first slowly... maybe a t week end have one fave treat...so you can stick to your diet .. its not for life but for a bout 6 months get mates invilved and donate the money to a charity....it will work... keep strong .... be happy

Im 27 and I just quit smoking cigarettes and weed 3 months ago and i have gained like 20 pounds, im 6'4'' and now weight 203 pounds, when you're tall and skinny the weight gain is not that visible at first. When i feel like smoking i beast out on food instead and it has helped me, im going to cut down on food once i reach 215-220. If you quit smoking and you eat alot you will gain way more than 5 pounds, more like 10 times that, so be careful.

I gained 50lbs the first time i quit smoking for a year. I took up smoking again thinking the weight would go away. Yeah, right. I finally took the weight off and now I am quitting smoking again. I have found that it helps to drink a metric TON of water and I weigh myself daily. I go for a brisk walk after dinner to make me not miss that after dinner smoke. I am into day 7 with no weight gained. Hopefully it will continue...

I thought I was eating healthy because I had all these healthy antioxidant foods like raisins, dried blueberries, strawberries, spinach, acai berry juice, etc. All of these are powerful antioxidants but I forgot that they're still sugar. The reason why people put on weight after trying to quit smoking is because all addictions have an underlying emotional driver. If you just stop one addiction and not resolve the emotional driver you will just turn to someting else... ie food, nicotine patches, alcohol, shopping etc. Check out Faster EFT and EFT on You Tube for quick permanent resolution of all additions, it can all be done in a day! I quit smoking after 8 years and went on to have an annoying nicotine gum habit for 6 years. I was never warned about the dangers of NICOTINE GUM addiction but finally kicked the habit two years ago. And, I think the main reason you gain weight after quitting NICOTINE (not smoking) is because your body is no longer burning LOTS of calories trying to rid your body of nicotine which is considered a toxin). You must supplement with excersize, which is also helpful is reducing cravings.
